Are you an absolute beginner or an adult dancer who wants to go back to basics? Learn about ballet and movement mechanics in our adult beginning ballet intensive!

Schedule: Classes will be 1:30 - 4:00 Mon - Fri June 25th - June 29th. During this week we will take ballet class, breakdown and discuss technique at the barre and in center, introduce ballet/dance history, and learn exercises for strengthening and stretching. We will adjourn to Happy Hour after the last day. Your first drink is on us.
