COVID SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE FOR TUITION:
As many small businesses struggle to stay afloat during economic uncertainty, PAW’s tuition policies during the COVID-19 pandemic help to ensure that we are able to operate safely and continuously to bring joy, work, and dance to this community. Please see our guidelines below regarding tuition:
All deposits, performance payments, and purchases moving forward are non-refundable. By signing up for camps, performances, intensives, and classes, you agree to your payment obligation regardless of the resurgence of the virus. In agreeing to this, you have our word that we will fulfill our obligation to bring you the classes you purchased.
Should we need to lock down again by instruction from the federal, state, or local government, PAW will re-employ a full schedule of online classes for all ages / levels and communicate with you about your desires to use the tuition you have already paid toward those classes.
If there is a surplus balance on your account, and you do not want to use what you have already paid toward online classes, PAW will hold your the balance until we can re-open our studio doors safely to you. Should we need to reschedule camps and workshops at that time, we will. If you choose not to participate, you forfeit that balance in full.
No matter what the situation, PAW will always do our best to communicate with you individually to meet your needs and keep you dancing.
