Are you an absolute beginner or an adult dancer who wants to go back to basics? Learn about ballet and movement mechanics in our adult beginning ballet intensive!

Schedule: Classes will be 4:30 - 7:00 Sunday - Thursday July 19th - August 2nd. During this week we will take ballet class, breakdown and discuss technique at the barre and in center, introduce ballet/dance history, and learn exercises for strengthening and stretching. We will adjourn to Happy Hour after the last day. Your first drink is on us.
